The every expanding dance centre at the University of East London needed a new space to cope with the demands from new students and so the UEL IPAD CENTRE was developed at an arts centre in London’s Docklands.

Container City was briefed to provide an office and lecture space within an existing listed building.

The units provided valuable space whilst separating the large space to enable two dance studios to be active within the same building.
